Lake Murray State Park link
While visiting Lake Murray State Park, it’s hard to miss the incredible Tucker Tower Nature Center, which was built by the WPA. The structure looks like a lighthouse and served as a summer retreat for Governor Murray. Today, the tower houses local artifacts and is host to numerous nature programs and activities conducted by the state park naturalist.
